1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stormviews website and the promotion services we sell (together, the "Services"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms and to all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who we are

The Services are operated by Stormviews Media Ltd. ("Stormviews", "we", "us"). We are an independent marketing agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC, and all platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. What you are buying

When you buy a views, likes, subscribers or watch-hour package from Stormviews, you are buying a one-time managed promotion service: we take the public URL you give us, route your order to a third-party promotion network, and pace its delivery over the window you choose at checkout. The price is a single fee for that service. It is not a subscription, and it is not an advertising account you hold or fund.

The quantity shown on a package is the amount we submit for delivery, not a guaranteed increase in your public counter. We do not operate the delivery network and cannot audit the source of each individual view, like or subscriber, so we do not make claims about it. Delivery will not appear in your YouTube Analytics as an advertising traffic source; what you can check directly is the count on the video or channel itself.

4. What we never do, and what we do not claim

We never ask for — and you must never send us — your YouTube or Google password, and we never request access to the private areas of your account. The only thing we need is the public URL of the channel or video you want promoted. There is no login step and nothing is connected to your account.

Your order is fulfilled through a third-party promotion network. We choose which services orders are routed to and we spread delivery over time rather than sending it all at once, but we do not operate that network and cannot independently audit the source of each individual view, like or subscriber. We therefore do not claim to. Any seller who guarantees you the origin of every interaction is telling you something they cannot know.

5. Ordering and delivery

Orders are submitted for delivery automatically, usually within about an hour of a confirmed payment. Delivery then accrues gradually over the pace you chose at checkout rather than all at once — this spreading is deliberate and protects your channel.

If a campaign cannot deliver its estimated quantity within a reasonable window, we will extend the campaign, re-run the undelivered portion, or refund it as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Estimates, not guarantees

Package quantities are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed counter increases. What actually lands depends on the fulfilment network, your content, and platform behaviour outside our control.

We do not guarantee search rankings, revenue, virality, or acceptance into the YouTube Partner Program. In particular, watch time delivered this way does not count toward the 4,000 public watch hours YouTube requires for monetization — this is a YouTube rule that applies to every provider, and we state it plainly.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own or are authorized to promote the channel or video you submit, that the URLs you provide are accurate, and that your content complies with YouTube’s Community Guidelines, advertising policies, and applicable law. Campaigns for content that violates platform policies may be rejected by the platform; where that happens we will work with you on eligible content or refund the affected order.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services to promote unlawful, hateful, or deceptive content; misrepresent campaign results as organic engagement where disclosure is legally required; resell our Services without written consent; or interfere with the operation of this website, including its free tools.

9. Fees, billing, and taxes

Package prices are one-time fees for the whole service. There is no separate advertising budget, and nothing is billed at cost or passed through. Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe and PayPal); we do not store your full card details. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed. You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

10. Refunds and cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the campaign launches. After launch, the undelivered portion of a campaign is covered by our make-good-or-refund commitment. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, graphics, logos, and tools — belongs to Stormviews or its licensors and may not be copied, scraped, or reused commercially without permission. You retain all rights to your channel and content; you grant us only the limited permission needed to run your campaigns.

12. Third-party platforms

Your use of YouTube and Google products remains governed by their own terms of service. Our free tools display publicly available platform data for informational purposes only.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stormviews is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

14. Termination and changes

We may refuse or discontinue service for accounts that violate these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.
