Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Stormviews collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum we need to run your campaigns and operate this website — and nothing we collect ever includes your YouTube or Google login.
Information we collect
Order and contact details: your name, email address, the public channel, profile, video or post URL you want promoted, and the package you choose.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We receive a confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card at most — your full card number never touches our servers.
Reviews and messages: anything you submit through our contact or review forms.
Email subscriptions: your email address, your consent and confirmation records, and your subscription or unsubscribe status when you choose to receive Stormviews marketing emails.
Usage data: basic, aggregated analytics about how the website is used (pages visited, approximate region, device type).
What we never collect
We never ask for or store your YouTube, Google, TikTok or Instagram password, and we never request access to the private areas of your account. We work only from the public channel or video URL you provide at checkout.
Free tools
Our free YouTube tools (thumbnail downloader, money calculator, video analytics, subscriber count) process the URL you enter transiently to fetch public data. Tool queries are not linked to your identity and are not stored.
How we use information
We use your information to set up and run the campaigns you order, send order confirmations and reports, respond to support requests, publish reviews you choose to submit, improve the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Stormviews marketing emails
Marketing emails are optional. We use Brevo to collect subscriptions, send confirmation links, manage consent and send Stormviews tips, service updates and offers. You join the marketing list only after selecting the consent checkbox and clicking the confirmation link sent to your email address. The signup form shares your email and consent information with Brevo for this purpose.
You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or our Email preferences page. We keep the information needed to respect your unsubscribe choice. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential order or account messages.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Support messages and reviews are kept while relevant. Checkout diagnostic events are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. They contain a random journey identifier, checkout steps, service IDs, device category, and standardized error categories. Events for a payment are linked internally to its order; we do not record card details, email addresses, account names, or typed form values in these events.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@stormviews.com and we will respond within 30 days.
International transfers and children
Our providers may process data outside your country; where they do, we rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. The Services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
