This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Stormviews collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum we need to run your campaigns and operate this website — and nothing we collect ever includes your YouTube or Google login.

2. Information we collect

Order and contact details: your name, email address, the public channel or video URL you want promoted, and the package you choose.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We receive a confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card at most — your full card number never touches our servers.

Reviews and messages: anything you submit through our contact or review forms.

Usage data: basic, aggregated analytics about how the website is used (pages visited, approximate region, device type).

3. What we never collect

We never ask for or store your YouTube or Google password, and we never request access to the private areas of your account. Campaigns run entirely from our own advertising accounts using the public URL you provide.

4. Free tools

Our free YouTube tools (thumbnail downloader, money calculator, video analytics, subscriber count) process the URL you enter transiently to fetch public data. Tool queries are not linked to your identity and are not stored.

5. How we use information

We use your information to set up and run the campaigns you order, send order confirmations and reports, respond to support requests, publish reviews you choose to submit, improve the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

6. Sharing

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to operate: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), advertising platforms (Google Ads, where your campaign runs), hosting and email providers — and only to the extent required. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work and minimal analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this website.

8. Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Support messages and reviews are kept while relevant. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.
