1. Our commitment

Every package is a managed advertising campaign with an estimated delivery quantity. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get the undelivered part of your money back — this policy explains exactly how.

2. Before your campaign launches

You can cancel any order for a full refund at any time before the campaign is submitted to the advertising platform (typically within two business days of ordering).

3. After launch: make good or refund

If a running campaign cannot reach its estimated quantity within a reasonable delivery window, we will — at your choice — extend the campaign, re-run the undelivered portion, or refund the undelivered portion pro-rata.

Advertising spend already consumed on delivered results has been paid to the advertising platform for real delivery and cannot be refunded.

4. What is not covered

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with outcomes we never promise — such as revenue, monetization eligibility, or organic performance after the campaign — or for orders rejected because the promoted content violates platform policies after we have advised you of the issue.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@stormviews.com from the address used at checkout, with your order details. We respond to every refund request within five business days.
